The construction of the Panama Canal is one of the most tragic encounters between man and the unrelenting forces of nature. It was an undertaking that took almost 30,000 lives and that actually changed the course of human history. Through the lives of the protagonists of these dramatic events and from their own points of view we will get to know completely unique and mostly unknown facts and perspectives about the construction of the Panama Canal.
