"Are you sure you're still safe?"

At the scene of a violent crime, a police officer is ruthlessly murdered. The investigating officer, who had endured trauma of their own 12 years prior, flashes back to their own terrifying experiences, with the uncanny belief that their worst fears have come back to haunt them.
