Jill Susanne RitchieĀ (born March 5, 1974) is an American former actress and is the younger sister of rapper-singer-songwriterĀ Kid Rock. She starred in the 2004 filmĀ D.E.B.S., had a supporting role inĀ Breakin' All the Rules, and had a guest role as Bluth family publicist Jessie inĀ an episodeĀ ofĀ Arrested Development. She co-starred in theĀ VH1Ā seriesĀ I Hate My 30's. She also appeared in the movieĀ Herbie: Fully Loaded, playing Charisma.
