Vimal (credited as 'Vemal') is anĀ IndianĀ film actor, who appears inĀ TamilĀ films. Following cameo appearances in theĀ Vijay-starrerĀ GhilliĀ andĀ KuruviĀ andĀ Ajith Kumar'sĀ Kireedam, he played the lead role inĀ Pandiraj's critically acclaimedĀ PasangaĀ (2009). Subsequently, he played lead roles in several low-budget productions. He established himself as a successful upcoming actor with Kalavani (2010), Vaagai Sooda VaaĀ (2011),Ā KalakalappuĀ (2012) andĀ Kedi Billa Killadi RangaĀ (2013).
